hi, guys i buyed razer kracken v3 pro 1 month ago and the first month went everything good but now it starts to get worse. i'll explain. basically when i active haptic intensity it start to make a bad sound like if i put to high i only hear steel vibration and it's very s@#t cause i paid a lot for those headphones. even if i shake my head whit haptic intensity at high it sound those steel vibration, please help me.

    I have the same. Unfortunately, this feature turned out to be basically unusable.
