I have been having an issue where my razer kraken headphones would disconnect from the razer synapses software. When ever i uninstall the software (3.0) it fixes the issue but soon returns. Does anyone know a way to fix this?
Which Razer Kraken variant do you happen to have, and does the headset completely disappear on the Device Manager when it disconnects? In any case, please send me the SN so I can validate the model. Let's go from there.

The current version of the razer kraken i have is the razer kraken kitty edition, and what happens is, the headset will disconnect, and make a loud pop. The lights also turn off. And the SN tag on the headphones had fallen off.

Never Mind, i found the SN tag. *Removed SN from public view.

If there is a loud pop before it disconnects, then this is highly likely a hardware issue. Do you notice any fraying on the cable, and does it disconnect when moved a certain way? Do send me the SN via PM so I can check the warranty status.

I know its not a hardware issue, if i use the headphones on a system without razer synapes it works fine, but then i will reinstall synapses and it does it. Also i found out that it just disconnects and reconnects from the system. If i also use it on a console it will also work just fine.

We can try to troubleshoot the app. Given the results of your tests, I am inclined to believe that this may have something to do with the surround sound module. PM me so we can get that started.
