Razer Kraken

I recently ordered the Razer Kraken x usb and when i downloaded the 7.1 surround sound and put in my activation code an error message came saying that my code was invalid , is there anything i can do to get a new code or fix my current one , i also enabled 2 factor authentication and made a Razer account
