Razer Kraken 2019 base model not working with Synapse 3 or 2

I have tried both of them, neither of them working and the device is showing up as Realtek Headphones in my drivers list. I cannot find any updated drivers for it or anything. Can anyone please help me with this as without being able to customize my equalizer they do not sound even decent.

Unfortunately, your Razer Kraken 2019 is not a Razer Synapse-supported device. You may, however, adjust uneven audio balance or poor sound quality on the Sound Control Panel.
