hey so to make it short my sound is super low even maxed out how can i fix that



also i was using the razer kraken old one ( bought in 2014-15) and it sound fine its loud got bass everything i need exepect 7.1



also#2 can i use voicemeeter banana with the razer kraken 2019 when using the 7.1 software and should i use the software at all and how can make voicemeeter work if i can



edit: i got the 3.5mm does it have surround without using the software and if yes if i use voicemeeter do i loose the ability to use sorround sound



edit#2: does it have an eq ?



edit#3: my sound is kinda better now but i got no back sound tried in ow and rust and i cant hear anything coming from the back

#1 The port you are using is highly likely unable to provide the amount of power the headset needs to go beyond a certain volume level.



#2 I am not very familiar with VoiceMeeter Banana, so you'll have to try that out for yourself.



#3 The Kraken 2019 is an analog headset so you will have to refer to your sound card's utility for EQ customizations.



#4 Make sure that the headset is selected as the default playback device for OW and Rust. You also need to look into your privacy settings and check if the affected apps have permission to use the device.

hey thx for the help ive been talking with razer's support team about my issue aswell and i tried everything and today i found out it was a registry issue with my rzsurroundhelper.exe im trying to find out if i can fix it or no atm but so if anyone know how to fix my registry for razer surround helper lmk im gonna work on my side to try everything
If that is the case, do you mind sending me your ticket number via PM? I'd like to check the progress of the ticket so we can skip all the troubleshooting steps that you've tried so far.
*Case number removed from public view. i dont know if you got the reddit pm but this is the case number after we tried everything they could do they switched me to the thecnical support also its a registry issue if you can see the reddit pm in the case number i just need to fix the software/registry issue and it should be fine but i dont understand how to fix that
You can uninstall Synapse then remove all the registry files. The issue should go away after reinstalling the app. If the problem persists, there may be some other things that are contributing to the issue. Do send me that ticket number via PM.
