Razer Kraken 2019 Microphone Not Detected

I just bought a Razer Kraken, I've had no issues with the headset when it came to audio, I set up the headset normally, put on 7.1 Surround Sound, and everything. However, I came to test the microphone but when I was trying to test it, nothing showed up. I went into sound manager and the microphone didn't show. I've spent a minimum of 4 hours looking for videos, asking friends for help, replugging, etc. As you can see, nothing worked and I'm here asking for help. Yes, I plugged everything in properly, my microphone is not muted, it just doesn't show up.
