Razer Kraken 2019 Missing Activation Code for 7.1 Surround Sound

Hi, I've purchased the Kraken 2019 on Amazon on Monday, however after trying to register the product, I still have not obtained an activation code for the surround sound feature. Additionally, it felt like my product didn't seem to process through after inputting the S/N? In addition the box I received did not have an activation code as it was missing. If I can get some assistance on this, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Cal

Just following up with this thread with the solution: Main problem was that the product did not register properly as the web browser that I was using was Microsoft Edge. However re-registering on Google Chrome made the difference as I was able to register my razer Kraken. This eventually allowed me to receive an email from Razer with the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound. Thanks, Cal
