Hello everyone. I've bought Razer Kraken 2019 multiplatform, but i had a problem. The mic gets all sounds from headphones, like music, videos on youtube, etc. and anyone can hear what i hear in my headphones. Is there a problem? Should i return the headphones? Or is there any option to stop this issue? Thank you!

    This happened to me too and idk wtf to do and i'm really confused ;-; i got the same headset as you btw and this same exact thing happened and idk how to fix it

    Hey there. I think i found a solution (on youtube). Monday i'll buy a new oem jack 3.5mm splitter. 1x female and 2x male. One of my friends got the same issue. I think it's a manufacturing defect from Razer, the microphone who gets all sounds or the splitter cable. I'll be back monday with the feedback.

    Hello #SparkleFart100 I bought a new 3.5mm splitter, and it works just perfect. There are no more sounds from headset to the mic. Try it!

    Hello guys again. It seems there are a problem with the headphones. The mic gets all sounds with the new 3.5 jack splitter. I send them back to the store because they are still in waranty period. I'll be back with the feedback! Bye
