Razer Kraken 2019 | RZ04-02830 problem with activation code !

I have a problem with the kraken headphones, I uninstalled the control panel by mistake, I reinstalled the surround sound program again (surround sound) but now it asks me for the activation code. the activation code on the sheet I received on the headset is no longer valid. How do I receive a new activation code? thanks If needed I can send serial number.
