Razer Kraken 2019 sound problem

Hi, I recently bought a Razer Kraken (2019) but I have a little problem when I plug in my headphones the sound is present but seems to be muffled when I watch a video or play a game, I tried to fix the problem with Synapse 3 but I noticed that it was not compatible and I would like to know if there was a possibility to improve the sound which is not great at the moment thank you.
