Hello, I have a pair of Razer Kraken V3 X that I’ve had for about a month. I always unplug and plug them back in when I use them. Yesterday, the microphone was working, but today when I tried to use it, it didn’t work. I haven’t placed them anywhere where the mic or the headphones could have been physically damaged. They still work for listening,it’s just the microphone that doesn’t work.
I tried updating the drivers, but it still doesn’t work. Is there any solution?
