Are you logged in to your 7.1 Surround Sound using your Razer ID? If yes, then it should automatically use the code that is allocated to your account. Please send me the email address that is associated to your Razer ID together with your Razer Kraken's serial number that starts with "SN' via PM so I can check its registration status.
