Hello everyone,

Today i bought a Razer Kraken 7.1 headset with a 3.5mm jack and an audio spliter
But the audio quality seem to be a bit weak, and the headset has no Bass at all, when i use the headset on my iPhone the quality is amazing and there is a decent amount of bass, and the headset works like it should
but on my PC it does not , the audio quality is just as any other "normal" or cheaper headset
I have tried using the Razer 7.1 surround app but it only makes the quality worse
I spent an hour with Razer Support on live chat , and we did not achieve any results

Did anyone ever experience this before? I believe the problem is my audio driver but i'm not sure, i have a audio driver called High Definition audio device which i guess is the default that comes with windows.

I would really appreciate any help.
