Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma broken, how can i send it to be repaired?

Sup guys, so yeah the title says it, my Razer kraken are broken, the plastic thing of the microphone is broke, my audio does like static sound, and then audio doesnt play, i found a solution to the audio but its so tedius and tiring, ending Audio task on task manager to have audio, 10 secs passed, then static sound and audio just stops, and do the previous steps again. So how can i send my product to be repaired? I'm from Argentina btw
