Hi!
I have the Headset Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma for almost 2 years.
The lighting is stuck to the default cycle breathing and wont respond when i change the settings.
I have tried uninstalling the software even the synapse but still nothing...
some help please.

Since it is the holiday season, not too many people are active around here giving support this time of year. Also, this isn't in the actual support section of the forums as well.
Have you tried using the headset with synapse on a different computer, or using different usb ports for it? Also, do the other effects work on the headset (such as bass boost, etc..).

Everything is working (bass boost, surround, ect...) except the lightning effect.
And i also tried all the usb ports 2/3/3.1

Okay, in that case, if you have an extra email create a new synapse / razerid, and then see if that fixes the issue. It could be some kind of profile glitch. You may also be able to delete the profile files in the synapse folder on your pc, but I am not really sure how you could go about doing that.
I did a new account, signed in, all settings were to default, even on my mouse.\\
