So today after having so many audio issues Microphone (not a razer product), I contacted microsoft to see if they could help resolve it (also not sure if they fixed that yet) they have managed to wipe clean my 7.1 surround sound option from my audio devices so now I only have my Razer kraken and monitor as an option for output, even the 7.1 surround sound app says I have no option for 7.1 I have searched for drivers for the headset but all I get is the surround sound app I cannot enter the activation code as I have already done that before so now I am at a loss for what to do I am wondering if anyone has had this issue and how have they resolved it.
