Razer kraken 7.1 mic not working

I haven't used my pc or headset for a few days, I plugged it in and the mic does not work, it doesn't pick anything up on the discord mic check either, any ideas?

Hello! Are there other apps affected? Have you tried other USB ports to see if the issue persists? If you haven't yet, please do and let me know how it goes.

it doesn't work in any games, discord, fb messenger, it doesn't work plegged into my razer 2 or Samsung tablet
