A couple months ago I bought the Razer Kraken 7.1 Surround Sound headset, but no activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound came in the box, so I thought once I've registered my product, the activation code would arrive via email. It's been a while now, and I haven't received any activation code. Any help? I still have the Kraken's box, the manual, and the Kraken itself. Thanks in advance!

the activation code should of been in the box, only option is to try support and buy code

Hi there! Have you contacted our Support Team? If you haven't, please submit a case and attach a photo of your headset's original box and serial number. Else, send me a PM together with the email address associated to your Razer ID so I can check your account and verify the code.
