Hello. It seems that I'm not the only one suffering from not being able to customize my headphones on the new Razer Synapse 3. Do you foresee this issue being fixed in the near future? Thank you.

    The Kraken 7.1 V2 headset is currently only supported by Synapse 2, which you can download here. Currently, there is no planned date for the Kraken 7.1 V2 to be supported on Synapse 3, however it could be supported one day, so keep an eye out for future updates.
