I have the Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 headphones which support surround. I calibrated it but sometimes it DOES work but sometimes it DOESN'T work for some reason. I tried calibrating it again every time it doesn't work but it keeps the same and doesn't work.

Kindly plug your Kraken 7.1 V2 to another PC and check if the issue would still persist. Update me via PM and don't forget to include the serial number of your headset as well.
