so the game sound is perfect, everything is installed and i have the headphones set up as default communication devices but for some reason i get NO voice chat in overwatch or RainbowSix siege - they also cant hear me.
tried reinstalling synapse/drivers and everything seems to be updated.
this is a new system but the audio drivers seem to be up to date so im really not sure that the hell is going on.
any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi there! Does this issue also happen to other applications like Skype? Please share a screenshot of your audio input settings so we can take a closer look.

i ended up uninstalling and reinstalling synapse about 6 times, tried the tournament drivers as well, then synapse 2 stopped working and i uninstalled it but now it finally recognizes the mic and i can hear voice chat.

Thanks for the update. Good to know that the mic now works. Let's get your Synapse 2 issue sorted out. Just to clarify, do you currently have Synapse 2 installed?
