I purchased a certified refurbished Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 from Amazon back in 2018. I like the headset and don't mind its quirks with the Synapse software. But recently it's been causing all of my USB devices to disconnect and reconnect. This morning it got even worse. Now it's dropping out every five seconds. The headset is completely unusable. Whatever the issue is, its a physical failure. I know nothing will be covered under warranty as it's both a second-hand headset and it's far out of any warranty period. I can't find any other place to contact Razer Support. When I try to go through the "Product Support" page, it prompts me to enter the serial number, then tells me nothing is covered under warranty and doesn't give me any further options- not cool guys, give me an email to message. I'd like to see what the cost would be to get the product looked at and repaired.
