Razer kraken 7.1 v2 invalid product number

As the title says it says the product number is invalid whenever I am trying to connect to Synapse 2.0. I have removed the left earcup and put in everything as it should be aswell as trying some product numbers I found browsing the problem to no avail, Thankful for help.
