I’ve had my headset for a couple of years now and recently (about 2-3 weeks ago) it started making a popping noise and disconnecting itself then immediatly reconnect. it happens so often that it makes it hard to even have a conversation and impossible to hear my games. 

-I’ve reinstalled Synapse
-I’ve tried different USB port
-it worked without issue on a different PC

i would love to finally put an end to this incredidbly irritating issue if it is even possible to be fixed. Thank you in advance.

I have that same issue but with my Viper V2 Pro. It randomly disconnects and it reconnects after a while. What is funny is that whenever that happens and I connect the USB to another device, it works without issues.

I have the same problem. Did anyone manage to find the solution??
