Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 - Razer Synapse Mixer Not Working/Showing

Hello, I've noticed my Razer Synapse Mixer is not showing any applications and I am unable to enable/disable surround sound to stereo anymore. Things I've Tried:
  • Removed ALL Razer files/drivers from PC.
  • Re-downloaded and reinstalled Razer Synapse.
  • Replugged Razer Headset multiple times.
  • Restarted PC multiple times.
  • Uninstalled Razer Headset from Device Manager.
  • Tried ALL USB ports on PC.
Windows 10 Pro 1909 Razer Synapse 2.21 All Windows/Drivers Up to date. Any help would be appreciated.

      UPDATE: I've got Mixer working finally. Turns out uninstalling Razer Synapse wasn't enough. You also need to use Bulk Crap Uninstaller and remove ALL the leftover registry/files leftover in order for the fresh install. This fixed Mixer not working and now it shows all applications using sound.

      For how long did it work? Have done this on multiple occasions and only works for the time the PC is on. After a cycle it goes back to normal. Normal being that it doesn't work.

      At the moment it’s working even after a shutdown. I’ll update if it breaks. But I’ve already ordered a new headset anyways. Razer has served me well for years. It’s time to part ways.

        Can you make a step-by-step for me ? I tried unistalling it with the Bulk but it didn't work

        • Install Bulk Crap Uninstaller. (BCU)
        • Select Razer Synapse and uninstall using BCU. When it finishes, it will ask if you would like to search for remaining leftover files. Let it search for the files.
        • Remove all the files it found.
        • Reinstall Razer Synapse.
        • Profit.
