Razer Kraken 7.1 V2's Audio

Hi, I have had the Razer Kraken head set for around a year now, and it has worked perfectly fine until now. Every 1-3 minutes my audio will crackle and go out for 3 seconds then come back, and i will need to restart the game im playing for the audio to come back. I have already reinstalled drivers and tried looking for other solutions, but nothing has helped. If anyone knows how to fix this that would be great. Thank you.

      I am also having this problem, it would be great to have a solution as I've tried so many things to fix it now.

      i have just bought this item and cant get the mic to work at all, for some odd reason it seem to pick up my voice on when i talk into the left ear piece

      Might be a silly question, but have you pulled the mic out of it's socket? It's retractable

      Hi guys! I managed to fix my Razer Kraken Kitty edition headset by doing a system restore, rolling it back to before my Oculus software had been updated; isolating it as the culprit for my problem. Hope this helps!
