Razer Kraken 7.1v2 Conxeant USB Audio

I've seen quite a few threads where this has happened to others, and today after purchasing a Razer Tartarus Pro and updating to Synapse 3.x, my Kraken headset has disappeared from the legacy Synapse 2.x and is showing up as Conexant in device manager. I have done basic troubleshooting (attempting to uninstall the drivers and find them again, attempting to update the drivers and manually search for them, uninstall legacy Synapse and reinstall it), but no joy. I also tried downloading the Electra v2 firmware updater as was suggested in a different thread, and no joy there either. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
