I've had this headset for a while and I had a problem with cord. where the cord comes down from the headset has to be moved to power the headset and I made a little adjustment to make it work and it works find now but now the software doesn't work and I tried unstalling drivers and restaling them but nothing works. the software for my keyboard detects the headset and tells me to download the app but it doesn't work/detect a device. is there any possible way to fix it? I would love to be able to use the software.
