I bought my Razer Kraken Black in November 2021. Started noticing the black plastic earpiece coverings and the same material on the headband flaking off a year ago, and now by and large it has all flaked off over time, creating a mess on the floor and on my desk. I have had various issues at times with the Bluetooth driver having to be re-installed and the computer not recognizing the device. Also, have been having a problem with the foam inside the ear cavity popping out and I keep having to stuff it back in. Yesterday a new problem developed; the sound quit working in the middle of a video, and I eventually tried shutting it off. It would not shut off. I finally left it on overnight and after 14 hours it finally drained down and shut off. I charged it this morning, letting it go several hours after the light stopped blinking. But now when I turn it on (either in normal listening mode or in Bluetooth search mode) it only stays on for about 3 seconds, then shuts down again. Is this telling me that the internal battery is toast and I need to replace the headphones? Not sure I want to replace it with another one because of all the problems I’ve had.
Question
Razer Kraken Black shutting off within 2 seconds, not visible to Bluetooth
