Hi! I bought these headphones for my girlfriend these are the issues we're having:
1. Her mic and audio quality are worse than the 15 dollar headset she been using for years.
2. Randomly the device decides to disconnect and mute.
What I've done to try and fix and have failed horribly: We downloaded synapse on the phone but not matter what we press nothing changes, then downloaded it on the computer and even got the THX sound but STILL nothing changed. I had her upgrade to windows 11, still no change. Then we spent 2 hours looking through fixes and some made it worse to where we had to undo changes and reconnect the headset. I really dont wanna have to go through a return process. any ideas on what i could do? I found you off a post you had asked OP to pm so i thought I'd PM you.
