Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition No Synapse?

Hi there, this is my first forum post here, so I'm not entirely sure if this is exactly the right category for this thread... but I was just curious about something. I just upgraded to the Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition headset from the regular wired, non-RGB kraken quartz headset. I was really hoping that I would be able to sync my new headset to my other razer devices and my PC using razer synapse, but it doesn't show up in synapse as a recognized device. I know that the headset offers an app for iPhone to control the RGB, but I don't want to have to control my headset separately from all my other RGB peripherals. It just isn't practical. Am I just missing something or doing something wrong, or is the Kraken BT edition really not compatible with synapse and chroma connect? If not, I really hope that at some point Razer will offer synapse connection for the Kraken BT... I'm really disappointed about that after I spent so much money. If anyone knows anything about it, I'd love to hear from you :-)

I did a lil digging since I have the same problem since razers online chat and forums only cater to high end products and laptops since chat is unavailable for the less ticketed items and only available for high end. If you got a smart phone android or Iphone go to the app store and download the razer app. That will control the lighting as well as the audio presets. I came to that conclusion since I got a razer nari wireless on the product page it shows the the synapses picture next to the other pictures but when I go to the page for the kraken bt kitty edition its not there so I dug and found out there is an app for it on smart phones that they dont tell you about on the product page hope this helps. found it here you go -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How do I get the most out of my Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition?
