I can't seem to figure out how to get my Kraken BT Kitty Edition headset to appear in Synapse. I even purchased the Chroma and got a Bluetooth 5.0 dongle to try and get things working. My onboard Bluetooth 4.0 is disabled and the headset is connected up through the 5.0 dongle. The headset is showing as paired in Windows and I can get sound through it, but it will not show up in Synapse, even though it is showing up as the selected default audio device. The Chroma is showing up and lighting effects are working there. Even though it doesn't show up in my products, it is showing up in Visualizer as a dropdown option and is selected there, but the lighting effects still don't work. Both the Chroma and the headset are registered to my account. What am I doing wrong or did I miss a step in setting it up? It appears that there are others who have had this issue, but has anyone been able to find a fix?



I had this same issue and I was able to get the lighting effects by downloading the Razer Audio app and the Chroma RGB app on my phone. Both picked up my headset immediately and I can now customize the headset directly from the Chroma RGB app instead of Synapse, Hope this helps 🙂
Hi guys, do you know if you have any issue with your audio when you connect ur microphone?

When i connect my microphone, my sound option gets automatically in (Razer Kraken Kitty BT Edition Hands-free AG Audio), and the sound is worst! I dont know how to fix it.
