Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Stereo Sounds not working!

Hello! I've recently bought a Razer Kraken BT Kitty when I use it on my phone it sounds fine and great. However, when I use it on my laptop I get two choices: First is the Hands-free Audio which is working but sounds like shit. Second is the Stereo Audio which doesn't produce any sound when selected. How can I get the Stereo Audio to work? My Laptop is Windows 10 and I'm using a Bluetooth 5.0 USB dongle. Also, Razer Synapse 3 doesn't even detect the device.
