I got the Razer Kraken Kitty with cable for Christmas now the problem is that they are compatible for PC and I play PS 5 I have already tried to connect the headset via the rear and front usb port there is sound and the headphones light up but the sound is a disaster, you can adjust the audio settings for the headphones on the PS 5 and they are also displayed as an audio device. Does anyone have a tip on what to do or maybe a setting that can be adjusted to make the sound work properly? I will now try to connect the headset directly to the controller via a us to aux adapter as soon as the adapter is available. I hope someone can help here, I would like to keep it like this
