Razer Kraken Hello Kitty headset muffled sound + beeping

Hi, I just got a brand new Kraken Hello Kitty bluetooth headset. I'm using a brand new bluetooth 5.0 connection to my PC as well. Anyone know how to fix the sound quality? I tried going into my audio settings to see if I could fiddle around but nothing's changed. Thanks!

Found out it was an issue with my bluetooth and managed to fix it!!
