Razer Kraken Issue and Synapse not Opening

I don't know how I just noticed this but Synapse hasn't been opening on my pc even after clicking it several times, and because of that I can't check on my chroma or how my devices are doing. Normally when I wear my headphones too I only wear the left headphone so I can keep the right one behind my ear to listen for anything or someone that may need me, but I just now notice that there's louder and more sound coming out of the right headphone than the left. Is there a way to fix this or do I really have to go take it back and get a new pair of headphones like most of what I've been reading here or on reddit is saying?
