A friend bought me a Razer Kraken headset off Amazon for Christmas (Amazon, not 3rd party seller), came with factory sealing and all documentation.

Was working fine earlier today, went out for a few hours and when I came back sound just completely stopped working. Works when I plug it in to other PCs, works when I plug it into my phone, my old Logitech headset works fine so I know the 3.5mm port isn’t the issue.

Updated all my Razer software,  updated windows drivers, etc, and it is simply refusing to play any audio thru the Kraken
