Razer Kraken keeps disconnecting with popping noises | Razer Insider

Hello there, I bought my headset about 2 years ago, since when it's been working perfectly fine.

Though I must say that it's been 2 weeks or so that my headset starts having a lot of bugs like my fellow users did before, after searching from forums to forums I found out it's a software issue from Synapse.

To be certain of this, I tried my headset on my wife's computer where I didn't have ANY issues with my headset.

So then, I decided to remove everything I had from Synapse, or Razer in my computer, but this wasn't enough, the disconnections where so much more annoying as it was nearly every 15s, which made the communications impossible to follows.

So I re-installed Razer Synapse and all its thingies on my computer, hoping for a good surprise but it wasn't it, my headset kept disconnecting no matter what, I also repaired, doesn't change anything at all aswell.

So at this point, i have :

-Set my headset as Default everywhere (I thought Windows was moving between my others devices at first)

-Re-installed all pilotes from my devices in my PC.

-Disconnected all devices except my headset from my USB ports, while aswell trying other USB ports for my headset to see if it's change anything.

-Removed Completely Razer Synapse and all its thingies from my PC (by uninstalling), i'll try tonight to cure all my computer from any Razers thingies in my folders.

-Repairing Synapse.

-You may wonder that it's maybe my USB ports that are disfunctionning, due to my issue with my Razer headset, me and my wife switched our headsets, she uses one from another brand and it has no issues with my computer, no disconnections at all and sound is exactly the same on her computer.

And of course, I aswell followed the steps in the guide that you think about. I think I've done pretty much anything that could be usefull to help me to get out of this hell (it's very annoying not being able to use an headset that works perfectly fine for no appearing reasons) I'm posting on the forum because I saw there were a lot of fellows users that has the same problem that I have. But it seems also that there's no miracle solutions except writing here. So please help me, I really enjoy Razer's headsets stuffs I'd prefer not to buy from another brand to fix my issues.

Thanks for reading me and sorry for my english some of my words may not be very accurate !

I appreciate your willingness to resolve the issue by performing the steps you've mentioned above. Please uninstall the Razer Synapse and other Razer-related files on your computer by downloading the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, you need to restart your computer and reinstall the application. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM, and I'd be glad to assist. I'll be locking this thread now.
