Hello! I got a Kraken Kitty BT headset for christmas and I love it. The sound is great, lighting is amazing and it is overall really good. But, i've been having problems when connecting to Overwatch or Discord VC.



For instance, i'll start with Overwatch. Playing overwatch normally when im not in a team, group or match VC is fine. But as soon as i enter any sort of VC, no sound works, not even spotify. The whole sound just turns off, but as soon as i leave it all goes back to normal.



Now, for discord. I join a VC with my kraken kitty on, and it makes everything go REALLY, REALLY quiet. almost unhearable. I've joined a VC with my friend to test it out, and it seems as well as the sounds just turning off completely, my microphone also does not work.
