My headphones seem to disconnect from synapse and break when i have certain colours on them such as light colours or white or even yellow is there a way to fix this or is it just the bad design or do i have a faulty pair of headphones?

Try to repair the Synapse application by following the steps here. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and look for other steps to help you resolve the chroma issue of your headset.
