Hay, my headset always disconects all 10-20 seconds I tested it on a diffrent pc but it still happend :/ I barely used it and I have it for only 2 months... I updated Bios and tryed to reinstall synapse. It still doesnt work :/

    How does the headset appear in the Device Manager? Let's try to fix the issue by performing the steps from this link. Should the issue persists, send me the serial number of your Razer Kraken Kitty along with a copy of its proof of purchase via PM since we might have to submit a warranty claim. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
