Razer Kraken Kitty - Disconnecting/reconnecting, audio problems.

The headset seems to randomly disconnect sometimes (explosions in games, etc. and loud noises seem to disconnect the headset more frequently). Occassionally it'll be fixed on its own but most of the time it is an annoyance. I've tried several USB ports and it doesn't seem to fix anything. They are brand new.
