Razer Kraken Kitty Edition Crackling Sound

So i just got my Headset and everything was working fine until i just got some kind of crackling sound i guess? i unplugged it and plugged it back in and it just starts over and over again I repaired the synapse app and it was working fine for a little time then it started again now i deleted the synapse app and everything is working fine but i want to have the colors back and the sound options
