I’ve been trying to connect and use my headset, the headset doesn’t appear on manager device or synapse 3. the only thing that happens when i connect is the windows saying that “razer kraken kitty edition chroma control” is being connected, but this is just a human interface driver, not the audio driver. my headset doesn’t do any sound at all.
