Razer Kraken Kitty edition headset keeps disconnecting/reconnecting.

I bought my headset about 9 months ago and i’ve been having this problem for about 2 months. This is occurring not just with my personal computer, but my sister’s computer too. I have tried uninstalling Razer Synapse and reinstalling it. Unfortunately that didn't work. I have also tried updating the drivers. I have no idea what might be. Every time the device disconnects i can hear a “pop” sound and it takes a few seconds to reconnect again.

Hey guys! Does disabling Synapse makes any difference? You can isolate the problem by following the steps on this page. If the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your devices along with a screenshot of your MSINFO32. I'll need those to check your systems and look into another possible fix. Let's continue from there. I'll be locking this thread now.

Weird I bought mine Feb 25th 2021 so a little under a year and the same thing has been happening for months but I just dealt with it but now it’s every minute. I spent all day talking to razer, sent them a video, and they want me to send the headset in to replace it. I’m glad I saw this though, I’m just going to go with a different brand bc I don’t want to deal with this issue again next year. This sucks bc my whole set up is razer but it’s just not worth going weeks waiting for another defective headset. 😕 time to move on from razer for me unfortunately
i honestly don't know. I'm guessing with the thread under razer support they look at each one. hopefully they dont take long. i'll send em a email soon. hopefully fixing it
I am having the same issue! Literally re-installed Windows [wiped all of my files accidentally doing it too >_<] trying to fix it. For some reason, it is not staying connected to the USB. When it pops, it's disconnecting from the computer and then the computer is recognizing it again and muting me and freezing my computer in the process. I also noticed it after the last update. It's so frustrating.. How can we get help for this?
I'm having this same issue. every time i reset my computer i only have the synapse option on my audio in the bottom right corner but not the kitty kraken. still have no sound either way. half the time the headset its self on the razer app wont load. meaning i have no option to make any changes even if i wanted to. i also have that popping noise when it connects and reconnects but half the time i wont have the headset even connected. it seemed to be happening after a update that made 5-7 days ago. this is honestly annoying and its so sad how many reports there is based on this headset alone.
