The title basically says it all. I've just gotten my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition and everything from audio to mic worked out well. I ran a quick audio test in Discord with my friends and they said my mic works perfectly fine. However I then got a little more familiar with the voice settings and just changed the volume a little and when I joined the Discord call again my friends told me I sound very very quiet. I reset all the voice settings in discord and in the Razer Synapse app and when I did a mic test in Discord I could barely hear myself. I left the discord call and rejoined again and at the top it said that my mute button was on which was not the case. I troubleshooted my microphone via windows as well and it said that my device was muted which was again not the case. When they unmuted my device I did another test via Discord and it still doesn't work.
