Issue 1:

My Kraken Kitty headset is not showing up in Synapse. Yes, I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Yes, I've restarted my computer. I even would open the device manager and wouldn't see it so I would have to show hidden devices. I would uninstall and reinstall. 

I even went so far and reset my computer thinking something was blocking it from connecting.

I get this as well in Device Manager 

‘Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.’

 It's definitely connected to the pc. I have moved around all usb things to different spots over and over.

I have the Razer Kraken Kitty RGB USB Gaming Headset and Razer Base Station Chroma Headphone/Headset Stand w/ USB Hub: Chroma RGB Lighting - 3x USB 3.0 Ports.  I have a razer keyboard as well, but it works perfectly fine.

Issue 2:

I had to unplug the Base Station for a bit because I thought it was making the headset pop. Because I was even having issues with the reconnect and disconnect popping sounds off and on.

Issue 3:

Having failed to update with the Synapse as well. When I unplug stuff, I get the green checkmark.

Thats a whole different issue. I just want my headset to work. Please someone help??
