Razer Kraken Kitty Edition Not working keeps on reconnecting

Hi Razer Family, This is Kcbae Gaming a streamer on Facebook. May i ask for your help i have a Razer kraken kitty Edition bought here at PH. I haven't been used it for a month as i'm having an issue where in the device just replugged . This device have only been used for a month and haven't been used since last year. May i know what's the issue with this, I've been always a fan of Razer RGB and i own a couple of it and this is the first time i had this issue can't use the device. Reinstalling the device gives me audio for miliseconds then gone.. I hope you can help me. Thank you, Best regards.
