The best and fastest way to check if it's headset fault - is to connect it to other PC without Synapse installed - if it's disconnecting - may be damaged cable. If it's not - this may be some software issue on your PC. Also be sure to plug it directly ito USB port (and not via USB hub), preferred USB 3.0 or above.

If it happens also on another PC - this is a headset problem (hw issue) or the cable issue on the headset (are there any damages on the cable?).

no there doesnt seem to be a problem with the cable, so im guessing its a hardware problem, would warranty cover it? and can is there a way to see if my device is still under warranty?

Yes, if there are no external damage, warranty will cover it. Every Razer headset comes with 2 years of limited warranty, there should be date of purchase on receipt.

Same issue. They replace my headset twice. And those new ones still had the same issue. So good luck, because it's been a whole journey for me and I still haven't gotten anything resolved. It's defective headsets that they're selling for full price. They must have made a bunch with damaged/defective USB port or cords.
