Razer Kraken Kitty Edition right ear too quiet
Hello, i bought the Razer Kraken Kitty Edition nearly a month ago and mastered any problem i had but now i have a new, really annoying problem and i just don't know how to fix it.
Since today, i hear everything a little bit too quiet on the right side of my headset. I don't know what caused it but i tried everything to fix that without any success.
Do i have any chance to send it back for repair? I bought it from the razer online shop on the 12th of june and since then i had so many problems with this headset that i can't even count them anymore.
I would appreciate any help, thanks.

Have you connected the headset to another device/computer and checked if the audio is imbalanced, particularly the right ear? Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
